With consistent training I have found the athletes that I train have improved their skills, confidence, mental and physical habits. It is my mission as a basketball trainer to help each athlete I come in contact with to become the best version of themselves both on and off the court. My motto is 1% better everyday but when working with me we do not limit ourselves to 1% we strive to be the best every opportunity we get.
